[Cube] CD&G or karaoke CDs

Does anyone know how to backup or copy CD&G CDs or commonly know as karaoke
CDs? My kids beat them up pretty bad.
I'm running a stock 500mgz cube on 10.3.5 with the internal dvd player, an
external SmarkDisk Firewire CD/RW and Toast Titanium 6.
Toast won't copy the graphics part of the CD using either Audio CD, Enhanced
Audio CD or Mixed Mode CD.
Disk Utility will not allow me to make a disk image.
Pretty much tried it all.
Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
