There is one, believe me. Mine came with one of those, and I'm almost positive that there is people signing this list that knows all about this specific hardware test CD for Cubes.

I have had a number of Cubes pass through my hands and I have never 
seen a Hardware Test CD for the Cube - I doubt that there ever was one.
