[Cube] HDV Edit on Cube

My Cube won't power up. I bought a new power supply and it still won't. 
I thought maybe I could save some of my good stuff if I could get to 
it. What kind of cord do I need to connect them? I have firewire cables 
but where do I connect the small end to?  I have a Power Mac G4 dual  
HD. and OS 10.3.9, anxiously awaiting the day I can afford 
Tiger!!!!!The Cube is also 10.3.9. Thanks K...............Melvetta
