I am using a stock 1.25 GHz Mini with 256MB for a client's retail location.
Great machine but I would want 512MB for every day office use.  The slow
laptop hard drive really REALLY sucks if you create system images or wind up
having to compress or decompress >1GB folders -- my 576MB/Seagate
Barracuda/450 Cube is much better then.
