OK well I have been a computer tech all my like and I am only 15 but
what I can tell you is that the graphic card needs to be replaced by
the sounds of it. Or you might want to try calibrating the monitor in
the display settings. This sounds like that there is a week signal
coming out of the card. From what I understand the monitors work fine
on the powerbook?? Check your resolution and check your refresh rate.
Try opening the Cube and check to make sure that the graphics card is
installed all the way. All your symptoms could be a cause of loose
card. I have had it happen to me before. If all this fails I think
that you want to put a new card it. Oh another thing... you might want
to try reinstalling the OS the drivers might not have gone in
correctly the first time. It everything fails I would think that it
was the 2x agp slot in the computer. If that is the case the computer
is unusable and not worth anything
   Good Luck
