I have used Code Tek's Virtual Desktop for years, happily. 
Unfortunately, Tiger broke it and they are scrambling to get a new 
version out. A new installation works fine until you restart, and 
then a new installation becomes necessary. If your computer lives on 
or near one desk and is never turned off or logged out, you can 
install and use this app now. Otherwise, wait a week or two.
