[Duo2400] Internal modem on 3400c

You could try removing the preference files for modem
and remote access and reboot.

Also maybe remove remote access and reinstall.

Has it worked before? sometimes the upgraded OS's
don't like the old technology, you could try to do a
clean install of the original OS, that way you can
dump it later.
