[Duo2400] 2400: firewire

I just looked at the Apple Knowledge Base and it says the iMac DV 
supports target disk mode if you have Firmware 2.4 installed, so you 
should be able to do as I described. I don't have an iMac so I don't know 
anything about it, but I'd suggest visiting Apple's support pages 
(http://kbase.info.apple.com) and searching for "target disk mode" if you 
want more info. I assume that if you need a firmware update, you can 
download it from them as well.
