Hi Nathan,

Seeing as no one responded have you tried a website to see if they info 
you require is out there?

Shoot, I wish I knew more about it as I am not too afraid of 
electronics, if it has some screws to undo it, open it up (slowly) and 
check if there is anything you can do. You will be surprised at how 
easy some things are to fix.

I will take a look on the net now and leave you some links. Actually I 
have the service manual and will send it to your email address. It's 
only about 300K or so. I will send you any other information I have 
about it in PDF format.
