[DuoList] External CD-ROM drivers or maybe something more

Hi,
I may be a little late to this thread, but I remember to have successfully
applied a driver called "Apple CD/DVD_patched for all" (found on the net) to
fire up a panasonic KXL-D742 with my old 2300c.
