[DuoList] PowerBook 2400c booting external CD-ROM

It's been a while, but scsi disk mode is triggered by the type of scsi  
cable/adapter plugged into the PowerBook.  Mine all had switches on  
them, but I believe if not, then you need a non disk mode adapter.
