Mac OS 10.2.2

I cannot boot up  10.2.2.  After about 5 minutes the screen stays blue with
the arrow movable. I have used the disk utility on a install disk, Diskwarrior
and "fsck -y". All report no disk errors, normal.
Any thoughts on what I can do?
