IIRC, MacAddict ran an article on RAM years ago, and they concluded that you 
should never settle for less than a lifetime warranty on memory.  After that, 
RAM was RAM.  Personally, I go with 18004MEMORY, and they always have the 
cheapest prices.  Crucial.com is also very good, both places stand behind their 
RAM.  I have bought 8 sticks of RAM in my lifetime, and never had a bad one.
