Initializing a new Hard Drive/OSX

Since I started this thread, I feel obliged to report a successful 
installation. I wish to thank all of those who contributed 
suggestions. I take full responsibility for the difficulties I had.I 
didn't realize until I looked into the body of the G4 by the light of 
day that there was an additional power plug for the 2nd hard drive. 
Once the male and female plugs were joined, the 2nd drive began a 
new, and hopefully interesting, life as a Jaquar.
