Mail Question

Hi Folks,
Need your help!
I was playing around with the options in Mail and turned on an option
that displays the detail routings of the e-mail, (included below). It
is interesting to look at, but now I want it to go away and can't
remember what I did to turn it on!!!!
Help please! Help me return to normal -- perhaps help me get my Mail
back to normal -- I am perhaps beyond help!
