Check for best prices at http://www.dealmac.com.  Thet have a search 
box.  Also, I often go to http://www.newegg.com, even if their price 
is a few dollars higher, because I have received consistently 
reliable service from them,and their prices are normally among the 
lowest.

Yes.  One is OEM, and the other is retail-boxed.  I forget which is
