Software Update Log file data for 10.2..4

I ran the Apple 'MacOSX10.2.4CombinedUpd.dmg' and it everything seems to be
working great with one exception .  When I go to the Software Updater under
Systems Preferences and checked for installed updates it says NOTHING about
10.2.4

I know how to edit the file to add the information but I am not sure what I
should add. 

How about someone doing a copy/paste response to this posting so I now what
text to add.
