Another Kind of OSX Mail Problem

Thanks again to all who have responded. I still have the problem of being
able to receive but not send mail using the Apple Mail app.
I am dialing directly to the isp using the number they supplied. Their
techs have confirmed that the accounts are good and do work. They do work
on my PC. Just not on the Mac OS X 10.2.3. I've verified the SMTP setting
at least 3 times and the authentication as well. None is required. Password
was verified as well.

Thanks for the recommendation on Entourage. If I don't clear this today,
I'll head in that direction.

Happy New Year to all.

Chuck
