[G4] How to disable Altivec chip

Aha I have the solution to your problem!!!I am running on a  PowerMac 
9500 upgraded to a G4 450. I use XpostFacto to use MacOSX. The creator 
of this program also makes a Cache control program that fixes the weird 
bugs that you may encounter. I have to find where it is but it's 
great!It replaces Cache Control X or anything else you might be using. 
I use it under OSX but I believe he has a version out for OS9.
