[G4] Safari & IE's bookmarks

You might try something like iLink too:
http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/17862

or just do a search on versiontracker for bookmarks or soemthing to see if 
you can find what you want. Although url manager pro might be a better 
guess as to what you want. =)
