monitor problems or g4 problems..clicking?

The first monitor that went dead, black screen of death is a Radius 19
" multi-scan color monitor (model # Radius L-1). The other monitor
that we just got that is not dead, but it clicks like the one that went
dead is a KDS 17 " High Resolution Color Monitor (model # VS-7P).
