Yes, I think 800 MHz is right with a 400 MHz DDR RAM interface. That's 
what I expect anyway. I don't know of any faster RAM that's reasonably 
priced to push it any faster than that. The 970's native bus is only 
100 MHz higher (900 MHz). So that will be close enough I think.
