[G4] Too much RAM?

According to Mactracker data base the G4, AGP Mac can use 2.0 Gig with 
system Mac OS X, or 1.5Gig with Mac OS 8.x / 9.0,  so it doesn't 
supprise me that it recognizes the ram, but with system OS 9.2 its 
probably will only use 1.5 Gig
