Yes, a simple adaptor.

It is a SVGA to Apple Monitor Adapter. 9 pin SVGA out to 15 pin apple-monitor in.

Make it easy on yourself.
Ask at the store for the adapter to connect a 
---> new-PC (!) to an 
---> old-Apple-Monitor
