[G4] Clicking noise

Yes, Sherry It is very safe to say that your drive is starting to 
malfunction and probably is going to "die" in the very near future. At 
school we had a brand new dell making that same clicking noise when its 
Hard drive died. I would suggest backing up you important files and 
documents and getting a new hard drive put in very soon. It looks like 
you should be still under warrantee from apple , so call apple care and 
tell them the problem. They should have you fixed up in no time.
