[G4] Way OT: Fight the Energy/Medicare Bills

I have just attempted ( twice ) to respond to the list and have 
received the following response:

"It has the content-type: multipart/alternative,
  and this list accepts text only."

All I did was to type a one-line sentence (text only) and the rest was 
exactly as posted to the list already.

  My preferences in Mail are:

Replying: Use the same message format as the original.
		 Quote the text of the original message.
