[G4] G4 wireless reception improved?

I have a TiBook (manufactured in february of this year). I get perfect 
reception everywhere in my house, even to a certain extent outside my 
house. (Ya imagine that I actually stood outside with my TiBook and 
checked signal...the looks I was getting...)
