Eudora Pro 6 vs. Mac Mail

Hi all,

Any comments on which would be better?

The latter is already installed on my Mac, but I have Eudora Pro already
running in Classic and it has been great for many years. Upgrading is
$49.95.

I have lots of mail I need to make sure gets imported into whatever
I decide to use with OS X.2. Plus I need lots of filter controls. Spam
filters wouldn't hurt, either.

Can you configure Mail to just get text mail? I hate html mail, yuk,
gak, feh.
