entourage memory error

Hello fellow G4 users

I am presently unable to open my entourage mailbox.  When I try to it tells me there is a memory problem.  The minimum is something like 9000k.  I have given it up to 45000 k and it still gives me the error message.  I have tried holding down the option button and opening to rebuild but it tells me that it is already open; it says this as well when I pressed the advanced rebuild option.  

I have tried resetting the memory in both classic and osx options.

Can someone please advise?
