[G4] Replacement Tray for HD

they would order these items for you. They are the ones who have access to
these parts from Apple.

Good question..... I have wondered the same thing. I lost the screws holding
the HD to the tray and had a hell of time finding replacements.  I would
like to know where you get parts - like a missing tray
