[G4] Integratng with home stereo

not sure of the feasability of such a device... a speaker containing an 
amp, 802.11g gear, i dont know it seems like a lot. there are lots of 
radio frequency speakers, wifi just seems a bit convoluted.

i guess my question is, what would wifi add to the mix? anything? 
personally i think self powered speakers are a bit low performing 
(overall) and i would much rather have a smaller, lighter speaker (no 
built in amp) and run wire to a decent component amp....
