Lil' Snitch works just fine for me, too.  Ever since 10.2.x, and now 
at 10.3.4. But, I also have a PeeCee (long story, not pertinent), and 
there is a freeware product called "Spybot - Search&Destroy," and I 
wish that there were a similar product for the Mac.  I am amazed at 
how much cruft sneaks into my PeeCee without my knowledge, even 
though Norton monitors my Pee Cee connections the way that Lil' 
Snitch does on the Mac.
