IIRC, Toast 5 has an X updater that is free from Roxio.  Basically, you download it, and it looks to see if you have the full version of Toast 5 for classic, and then it installs a full version of the X edition.  I have both on my machine, and haven't tried uninstalling the old classic version to see if the X one can stand alone.
