[G4] How do I record audio on OSX?

Hello,
    I use the iMic and it is a fine and inexpensive tool. Griffin also 
puts out Final Vinyl, software that allows you to input audio with a 
separate amp. It was free when I got it. Sound Studio is a more robust 
editor and well worth the money.
