The standard version comes with DropZip, but not with segmenting 
options.

There is a Windows version of StuffIt. As to segmenting, there are 
various options, from the split command to utilities you can find on 
VersionTracker by searching for "split" or "join". It's a common 
problem for newsgroups contributors.
