[G4] Single or dual G4 upgrade for QS867?

I guess the other alternative is to sell the QS and put the upgrade 
money towards a G5. Decisions, decisions...

Any benchmarks on how much faster a dual 1.8 G5 is that a dual 1.3 or 
1.4 G4?
