I think you may be able to do this from USB Overdrive, once a new version
is released to support the MightyMouse.  Currently, I don't think you can,
but having not used it personally, I can't say for sure.

I imagine that, as long as you've got a USB card in the computer as well,
you should be able to use it.  You just need to be running an OS that
recognized multi-button mice, and has USB capability.  I think.
