[G4] Quicktime/i-pod Question

You should be able to open it in QT Player (Pro version) select  
export from the file menu. Then in the Save Exported File as...  
Window select "Movie to iPod (320x240) from the Export: Pop-up menu.

Not sure of the quality but that would be the easiest way.
