[G4] More on Finding a Seagate SATA drive on a G4 AGP with a Syba card

The System Profiler for PCI Cards shows the following

pci1799,2:

  Bus:    PCI
  Slot:    SLOT-C
  Vendor ID:    0x1033
  Device ID:    0x00e0
  Subsystem Vendor ID:    0x1799
  Subsystem ID:    0x0002
  Revision ID:    0x0004

I assume this is the Syba PCI Serial ATA Host Controller Card I installed
but does not seem to work.  I am open to any suggestions on how to get the
G4 AGP with OSX to find the Seagate SATA drive.
