[G4] Sleep vs Shutdown

My opinion about restarting vs. Sleep mode was predicated by a  
document disseminated by Apple to me when I was an Apple employee.  
The document clearly stated that 90% of all conflicts occurred during  
a system boot. Hence Apple recommended that the system remaining on  
over the shut down option.
