Tim:

I didn't mean to be sarcastic at all.  I was just trying to help, and 
used the terms in your email to try to be more clear.  I guess my use 
of quotes implied otherwise.  I'm sorry if it did, and I apologize.  
I'm usually better at getting the right tone using email, but this time 
I made a mistake.
