[G4] Bookmark transfer - IE to Safari

Tony,

Just to follow up, Safari Enhancer downloads as a corrupt DMF file 
from all sources I can locate.
Onyx requires 10.4.2. I will keep checking on Enhancer, though.

And thanks to you and Aydin for suggesting it.
