[G4] DVR111D

Richard, there's a facing on the front of that tray.  I looks like  
it's part of the tray, but it's not.  Look at the under-side of the  
tray, and you should see 2 or 3 protrusions.  Pull them out to clear  
the tray and slide it toward the top of the unit.

Everything should work fine after that.
