[G4] Hard Drive upgrade in a G4 QS

This machine was previously set up to start in OS 9.2 and it did so for 
years. As soon as I changed the hard drive and tried to reinstall the 
operating systems I ran into the difficulty. I'm working on this machine 
for someone else.
