[G4] Dead Gigabit

Hey All,
My G4/533 GigaBit Will not power On It shut Down fine But when i tried to start it back up Nothing like the powersupply is dead. Any hints on how to go about checkig it out it was running Great and Now Nothing i don't know if it is the PS or LogicBoard I NEED HELP
