[G4] G4 800MHz MP level 3 cache?

Hello,

i succesfully run a 800MHz MP (Quicksilver) processor card in my G4 
Digital Audio.
The specifications of the G4 Quicksilver say that there's 2MB level 3 
(backside) cache. Is this cache on the processor card or on the logic 
board? The system profiler on the DA doesn't say anyhing about L3 cache :(
