[G4] response help and minimize unwanted

A better way might be to go to Digest mode.  You'll receive about one email
for every ten that go to the list, and then you can simply delete if you
haven't sent email to the list.

I've found, however, that reading thru the listserver emails sure answers
questions I have at some point.
