I wish I could help you more. However I would be stumped too, if you
hadn't mentioned MSN Premium.

I regularly work on PCs and MSN Premium is a terrible bit of software
that causes all kinds of problems for PCs at least. In my opinion it
is just as bad as any malware out there. I usually end up repairing
the PCs by removing Premium completely and that is easier said and
done.

I wonder what others on this list have to say about it. Personally I
didn't know that it could be installed on Macs.
