The SeaMonkey Suite, just as the Netscape 7.x.x suite, contains Navigator, 
Mail & Newsgroups and an excellent html Composer.

Don't be confused by the fact that the FAQ on that site calls it Mozilla in 
places.
My SeaMonkey 1.0.4 is also called Mozilla 5.0.
Read the interesting history about how it all came about.

Think of it as Mozilla's SeaMonkey, just as you would say Chevrolet's Malibu.

For me, the transition to SeaMonkey was seamless and without incident.
Last, I find SeaMonkey quite stable.
