I went the processor upgrade route. I got the Sonnet 1.8GHz dual. $600. After a problem with the first installation and an exchange from Sonnet, I'm happy. It's very fast, and life is good. The QuickSilver fits very nicely in my computer armoire. But a ladyfriend bought a Mac Mini, and she loves it. The choice is yours.
